A pattern featuring menswear as well as two women’s garments; I made one of the dresses. I cut a yoke across the front and back so I could add fringe, as I had seen in an original garment. It has a placket opening to be worn in the back, but it calls for no closure. I crafted it from a poly “doe suede” but it includes directions for using deerskin. It is decorated with elk buttons and buffalo teeth. It is very easy, but cutting the fringe will make you crazy. I tried using my rotary cutter but ended up doing it with scissors.
