Very easy construction. Simple pieces to assemble and therefore, modify and manipulate to make changes. Depending on your body type and height, you may want to adjust the over-blouse. In the drawing it looks slightly fitted. It is not. The finished over0blouse is very boxy. This shape works for some people but, not everyone. I took it in at the sides and found that was just right. Additionally, I wanted to emphasize the diagonal draping so I re-cut the under-dress skirt on the diagonal matching the lines of the two tiers. The result is very attractive evening dress, made of tissue lame.

Fairly simple construction overall. But adjustments are tricky because of the asymmetry and you should definitely make a mockup. Also, attaching the tiers on the skirt can be tricky, and I found it best to press the seam allowance and top-stitch the tiers to ensure that they were correctly aligned.
Also, because of how the ends of the skirt tiers fall, make sure you have a fabric that looks good on both sides.
It’s a very comfortable dress to wear, and was perfect for a 1920s themed event.
