It is a very easy pattern; however, at 5’6″ I found it a tad bit long in back as a walking skirt. For indoor use it is great but if you want to use it outdoors and keep it off the ground you may want to shorten the back just a bit. This pattern uses a LOT of fabric. It can get a bit heavy but, it is very flattering with the rippling folds. See Annette’s skirt in the photos with the Truly Victorian #TV492 1890’s Victorian Corselets and Truly Victorian #TV498 1898 Eton Jacket reviews.
