Made a size smaller than what the pattern suggested for my measurements. Notions list is confusing. View A use 7/8″ ribbon. View B use 5/8″ ribbon. Step 6. I trimmed seam and clipped curves. Handsewing including prickstitching the casing for the bodice neckline. Drawing looks like zigzag makes casing and “securely” sounds like zigzag tacks lace down. Not sure which way is correct. View A inner drawstring appears to mean that gathers should be pulled to front otherwise back bags. If original hook & eye placement is used, there is no modesty panel and just two points of closure which may gap open. Wear undergarments. Size 14 cuffs ended up being too tight on me. There were markings on the front center skirt that looked like a dart. There were no instructions for those markings. Unless you want marks down the center of your dress, don’t mark them. Modern undergarments make the bosom and neckline too low and do not look right. I used bodiced petticoat from La Mode Bagatelle. Intermediate level sewer.

Notion list is inside on instruction sheet. Made one size smaller than measurements. Eased sleeve into cuff. Eased back into back collar. Shoulders were a bit wide and low armpit may be to accommodate dress underneath. I shortened sleeves 3″ for petite and sleeves still ended up long enough for Regency. Increased cuff widths by 1″. Some prickstitching. Good for lightweight fabrics. The jacket does not have closures all the way up the front; just held by the top and the belting at the bottom.
